Due to the formal request by DA Dolores Metaluna in the case

Lisa Curteau will serve a 4 months sentence in TICF, followed by a parole of 2 months. Her date of release will be 18 Feb 2010. The defendant accepts the sentence by her signature and pleads guilty in all charges. By this agreement Lisa Curteau waives her right of appeal and TI Court won't bring the case in court.
